4. Perishable Goods & Food Products
Our matcha and tea products are perishable food items. Due to the nature of these goods, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, sealed packaging. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
5. Order Acceptance & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
